Parameter: Repeat counter, -1 if released

Wait before repeat: 300 ms
Repeat time: 100 ms

Open a plug-in's setup window for additional options and learning.

In RAW a mode it is necessary to add code of the button to list. If code not in list, scripts always receive FFFFFFFF.

Some remote control units have toggle bit, thus to one button there correspond 2 codes. Simply add both codes in the list under one name.
