uICE plugin

Receive commands from uICE server

This plugin represents little bit modified WinLIRC plugin.
The basic differences
- Other port (1234 instead of 8765 at WinLIRC).
- It is impossible to generate IR commands (only reception).

Adjustment of uICE plugin is completely identical to adjustment WinLIRC plugin.

Default type: "REMOTE"
ID: "<Button name>"
Parameter: Repeat counter, -1 if released

Note: No event when the button is released.

Actions: none
